This category will serve as the source material for the final unit in Biology 102 at Lassiter High School. Please use the resources on this page according to the instructions of your teacher.

The order of the material in this unit is:

  1. Response and motion
  2. Development and reproduction
  3. Metabolism and digestion
  4. Respiratory/Circulation/Transport
  5. Immune response

Each of the above strands are organized around an aspect of an organism’s response to and interaction with the environment. There are strong ecological and evolutionary trends in all of these strands and the connections will be highlighted. In all cases, the strand will begin with prokaryotes and progress through the multicellular eukaryotes.
